At Bee You Collections, we are all about bringing our fabulous fashion finds right to your doorstep as swiftly as possible. Here's how we make that happen:

For customers in Nairobi, if you place your order by 2pm, we will have it on your doorstep within 1-3 hours, depending on where you are and how busy our delivery bees are. If your order comes in after 2pm, no stress – we will deliver it on the next business day.

For our out-of-town customers, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

Once your order is en route, we will send you tracking details via email or SMS, keeping you updated on its journey to your doorstep.

Our Delivery Champions:

Within Nairobi (Zones 1 - 8), our dedicated rider is ready to deliver your package swiftly and securely. And for those of you a bit farther (Zones 9 & 10), we entrust Fargo Courier to bring your Bee You gems to you, ensuring they land in your hands just as perfect as they left us.

Address Accuracy:

When checking out, please double-check that your delivery address is correct and complete. This little step helps ensure your order gets to you without any hitches. Just a heads up: we cannot take responsibility for orders that are lost because of incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Heads Up on Delays:

We are committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible, but sometimes things out of our hands, like inclement weather, unexpected events, or courier service disruptions, might slow us down. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
